Webasto sunroofs in Sterling Heights
I just had a Webasto sunroof installed in my Xa by Webasto in Sterling Heights. I went to pick up the car and the first thing the guy said "how long have you had that vibration in the rear of the car"? It get's worse. I get in the car and motor quits at 2,000 rpm and I then notice the "check engine" light is on.
They drive it back to the garage in back and start to try and figure out what went wrong. I couldn't bear to look. They were checking fuses, trying to get a hold of "Pepboys" for a diagnostic computer, underneath the dash with a flashlight doing god knows what. The manager actually through a half full cup of coffee at his computer because he couldn't get through to charge my VISA. I had to ask them to stop and tow it to Suburban Toyota, where I bought the car, before they really harmed it.
Sunroof $1060 + 02 Sensor $400 = $1460 for a sunroof.

p.s. The manager came back from vacation and fixed everything. The guy was old school and cool to deal with. The rage is gone.
