where in wisconsin is Kaukauna

 

about 15 miles south of greenbay on hwy41 N, dont go there it smells bad from the paper mills, really bad.

 

to late, ive been in the area already. its also about 2.5 from milwaukee, to the best of my knowledge

 

2.5 hours?! maybe if you drive 40mph the whole way. I live in waukesha which is west of milwaukee and I went to school in greenbay, I could always make it to school in just under 2hrs and kaukana in about 1:40

scion syndicate will still be there! One of our members will be getting married on Saturday but have no doubt we will still come through and take some trophies!

 

well things change, one of our members will be getting married that saturday so scion syndicate will be there for the sunday portion. Our members are the most important part of being a club

 

The judging is only on saturday so it would be a waste of time to even show up on sunday unless you email the guy in charge (sweet@dropfest.com) and ask to see if you guys can be judged sunday...

 

last year there was judging on both days. Have things changed this year? If so that would be a shame!

ya there are some changes this year,
I bet if you emailed the guy and explained your reson to him he would let you be judged sunday because i think Scion is one of the top 3 sponsors again this year...

It seems there is a bit of interest in this thread. Could we possibly make it a sticky?

I don't think it is. Last year I don't remember them selling it at the stands and no carry-ins are allowed (although easy to get around that!) If you are going to camp there, though, that's another story. From what I hear it is pretty much one big drunken orgy up in the campgrounds on Saturday night. I wouldn't know from experience. I only live 10 min from there - and I'm old. Check this out for the official rules and stuff.
