so some kid who knows my friend claims that his stock s2k can siht on my car all day. when i said he shouldnt be racing daddys car he claims he bought the car himself new for 34,000$ last year and takes care of insurance......rightttttttt
then he said he wants to race for pinks! bwahahahaha, i told him he watches vin diesel to much.
his N/A 237 BASE HP Vs my blown tC [i would post the numbers but havent got to a dyno yet but deff over 230 WHP...and i dont even have a tune yet]

i told him that theres no way im racing him anytime soon, i only have one point left on my license, BUT i get all 11points back on tuesday!!!!

that aside, im not a big street racer, i have ALOT to live for and work to hard in the gym to just through this body away lol

i didnt deny him the race tho, just would have to be under my conditions, on the freeway late at night, around 2 or something and id do a sweep to make sure there are no cops, and absoultey no one else on the road. even then idk if i would

^^ Yeah I get where your coming from... On sunday night and this kid in this cobalt (looked pretty stock to me, maybe exhaust?) kept reving forward while we where rolling and ish so I was going under the limit I tricked his lame @$$ and sped up to the limit to seem like I was gonna race him. But I really want to race a cobalt too but not on the streets, I would take it to the track though no doubt. But yeah that ____ed me off soooo much! I just couldn't take it! I wanted to race! but I held the temptation back. lol.
About you racing the S2K I would do it but not on the streets cause its not worth the risk. I would wait till GLD opens up in April to race on opening week (like I am *cough*) lol.

I'm not booking anything yet. For some reason it was cheaper to book it a month ahead then now... soo I'm going to check often to check on prices. lol. Plus I'm waiting on word from who is all sharing what room, etc.

 

i know its stupid to race but i just wanna see his face from a 60mph roll, dump it into 4th, fully spoolled and take off...aghhh

but like blizzy said, save it for the track, it's not worth your life or anyone else's. and, if you only have one point left, STOP RACING AND DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT. geesh.

 

lol the whole pont thing wasnt for speeding, im not that bad, long story short, last year a lady hit me and totalled out my cars police belived her over me= 8 point loss

 

Ohh ok so you want to race off of a roll. Eh like I said earlier its tempting but I would hold back. I've seen street races and they are pretty lame even if your not in anyones way. Just going fast is dangerous and one small move could prolly lead you to lose control over the car, I had a few of those times and its not all that cool even if it was weather related most of the time but it gives the general idea and I've learned my lesson after that.
But yeah if anyone wants to go opening week for free fun racing at GLD the first week of April. I'm going on that weekend.

pretty much amazing! i only had the drivers seat in to lol the rest all gutted. but the sun roof open is pretty nice lol

i thought dropping from 4th to 2nd then WOT was orgasmic, try doing it with the windows and sunroof open, OMG holy siht **** its amazing, best feeling ever

 

yep, i've been driving with the sunroof open for awhile when it isnt raining. currently 34 degrees and i just turn the floor heater on with the sunroof open.


side note, where can i get my TRD springs installed? the only quotes i've gotten around here are 500 and 400. help guys?

well im 45 minutes north of milwaukee... rockford would be a haul... and the roads in my town are horrible, so i'm staying the TRD springs.

 

lol naw, Vulcan does it all, seriously the guys there have more knowledge about cars than wikipedia, they have done all the intake/turbo stuff plus exhaust, management and im pretty sure they have install springs on a tC before

like i said, VERY few people i trust with my car let alone work on. there very good, and awsome people

 

The cheapest way to get springs installed: is if you know people, like what i did. lol!
