Default Need help on finding a shop

Hey guys, wondering if you can give any advice on a reputable shop to install a clutch on the Tc in the chicagoland area. bout to hit 89,000 on stock and startin to slip. i called sound performance they want $540 labor and called top speed they want $450 labor. dont know of any other tuning shops any suggestions? thanks alot!

$450 is about the norm around here

he does, im about to hit 70, but if my car was ever not somewhere for some stupid reason id have hit 100 by now.
call elmhurst scion see how much they charge you. probably more, but they did mine and it was done right

you are workin ur way up alex, when did you get your car? any problems so far? neways called the dealer by my house they want $850 so i say no to the stealership!!!

november 04. no problems at all and i have a stg 3 and dont have a problem like everyone always has w/ it being stiff. feels just like stock. id call elmhurst anyway, just to find out

in chesterton now. im usually in chicago or driving somewhere far. if u dont have anything tomorrow u should drive up to elmhurst for our meet and ask them in person

hey alex i got the clutch put in, sorry coudlnt make the show car was in the shop. with ur clutchmaster kit did you notice less pressure in the clutch pedal? My kit feels way different then stock and i wanted to know if it was supposed to be like that or if they messed something up. it actually feels like there is air in the line but the guy at the shop said it was just how the pressure plate was.

yeah, it was like that for a couple months then feels like the stock one now.
