i live in south chicago, and was wondering, from your experience, where the best place is to get a good solid tune for my tc. ppl tell me AMS, then i here they just blew up a 11 second evo, so im skeptical about that place. is sound performance good with TCs?? cause i live close to there

 

If a 14 sec car is modded to do 11, I would guess it's more prone to failure. AMS has a very reputable reputation for turbo cars.
They're nice guys even if you drive a Scion xA. My wife stopped in to their old location & they gave us the tour, knowing I wasn't going to spend a penny there. Good people.

 

ill tell you what i always tell everyone, depends what management your running.

i called SP when i planned on boosting my tC and asked them to speak to the tuner to see what systems he was familiar with, he said theyve never had any luck tuning tc on and emanage and that aem fic wasnt very good either, he recommended i go with aem ems.

so call around, ask alot of questions, like how many tc's theyve tuned, what software those cars were running, etc etc.
