seen choke xBs and tCs, but wheres the xAs? i seen couple around town.

 

theres plenty of them. kinda weird that you dont see um that much. driving to UH everyday from mililani, i see a lot of scions, but of course, most of them are xb's and tc's. but ya, there are a lot of xa's i see too.

 

xA's are definitely the underdog here compared to the xB and tC. I see xA's around every once in awhile, but always stock. I've seen not but a handfull with anything done to them, though. No love.

I'm always scurrying around in my xA, so honk if you see me! Black, dropped w/exhaust.

Personally I prefer the xA over the xB. It reminds me of those small cars that they like to build up in japan like the vitz. It just seems like a much more fun car than a xB. Maybe thats because I'm not really into the TVs and subs everywhere.

 

I'm not really sure what KCC is, so probably not then.

The xB does has some really good merits, like interior space. But I think the xA just has more style. Plus, I love the way it handles. Though I wouldn't mind having a tC either...

If i was to start over, I'd get an xA and mod the crap outta that. So much tC's around.

 

The main problem that I have w/ a xA or xB is that the tach and speedo are in the center of the dash. IMO that is for the driver. It should be in front of the driver. That is also why I don't like the Yaris. The xA and Yaris are really cool cars. They look like fun and are a good price jus that dash thing.

 

Ewwww...I can't stand the Yaris. I think it's just a fugly, uninspired version of the xA. And actually, to get a Yaris comparible to an xA STOCK, you'd spend more money. Yuck.

As far as the dash....it grew on me really fast. I kind of like it now for the reason that the whole thing is symmetrical on the inside. Anwywas, to each his own, I suppose.

But I really do love my xA. I need to start working on it more. Even though they're fun to drive, they are sloooooow. Too bad.

First of all I must agree. To an extent the Yaris looks somewhat unappealing. I don't care for the 4 dr cuz it's like a shrunken camry/corolla mix. Where the 3 dr is concerned, I somewhat like it because it's like the vitz in japan just less doors. The prob I get w/ that is it's TINY. Looks like you'll die from any kind of impact.

As for the Yaris being an uninspired version of the xA. Not so much that. As the xA is made based on the ist, the Yaris is off the Vitz. Just the same as the earlier statement I could say the xA is and youth oriented version of the Echo. OUCH. That's just dirty and I really can't say that cuz I think the xA is cool car.

To keep on topic, I don't see very many xAs on the road that are modified. I don't see very many period. That may be a good thing. Not such a common car like the xB is becoming. More power to you guys flossing the xA. It kind of blends in a little. The only xA I notice is Justin's. The white one w/ the kenstyle bodykit.

I see xAs running around here on Maui. I'd say for every 12 xBs I see there's 1 xA in the crowd.

I looked hard at the xA but bought the xB for the room. I use it for hauling my metal fab hand tools around and I like the high roof and huge cargo area. I remeved the back seat to make even more room and I love it!

I like the speedo/tach in the center on both cars. That way you get a small steering wheel that you don't have to peek through!

BUT... I'd love to have one as a second car and mod the crap out of it then take it out autocrossing like I do with my xB!!!
