its not that hard to do. you dont need a spring compressor. there is a good step by step on this site. look for it in the tech section. if you got some tools, jack, jack stands, you can do it.

when i redid my suspension to install my coilovers, i did it the way where you don't use a spring compressor. sooooooo much easier, lol.

if you do it yourself it would be cheaper. 175 cheaper. but i'm sure someone on here would help you out for a lot cheaper than that. remember you still need to pay for an alignment after.

i never did a tC. You might need a spring compressor. $175 is not that bad. try vakamon, and or munky wurks.

you don't really need a spring compressor but it is alot easier with it. you can just rent one from checkers if anything. usual takes an hour and half for this kind of job. the hardest part really is the back. the front are a breeze. antssay lmk if you need help. check your pm.

i thought it was a lot easier without using spring compressors. you just use a jack to compress the assembly against the strut towers (basically jacking up the assembly while it is in its stock place). saved me a lot of time doing it that way.
