The start of the thread did not state any of this. I am looking foward to the charity & having a little fun.

 

Seems to be some questions that are starting to surface as we are starting to get closer to the speedway event.

To answer one of the questions, we have secured some food for the event. We have a wrapped xB coming out to deliver food to the speedway for the event. We will have some sandwiches, chips and maybe a pickle spear or two (sort of a "bagged" lunch, for you pooty) for everyone. We also will have coolers of water to bring out in the back of one of our cars. If you want any sodas, you will have to bring them yourself.

Timing of the event is still getting worked out and meeting places to head out and meet at the speedway are getting organized as well. Everyone get involved and get this INKED in on your schedule. It has always been a lot of fun, and it will be again.

Also,
We need as many video cameras as possible (I just won't let Angel film this time around.... lol )

Post up and lets make this a hugh event. Add insight where you can and get everyone you know involved.

Oh yeah, you didn't know.... Yes, The Scion Guys are helping out with this now. We are going to help with the donation. After talking with David, The Scion Guys are going to cover the entry fee for the 80 cars that they are going to match. We are wanting everyone that was going to donate for the cause to still donate. We just want to make it easier. We want to have a donation that can't be equalled by any other car manufacturer/club out there. Yes, there is the Lightning group...blah blah... that will be there, and oh yes, the Corvette group... oooh ahhhh.... and all the others... BUT THEY WILL REMEMBER THE SCION GROUP.....THAT IS FOR SURE!!!

Again, be sure to spread the word to all the Scion owners you know and bring both cars if you were just planning to bring one.....

Hit us up and keep this alive..... IT WILL BE FUN....WE GUARANTEE IT!!
