**Scion Expo 2006 Committee Info Thread**

Scion Expo 2006 - Sunday, May 28th 3PM - ????

We are trying to lock down all of the volunteers to help with Scion Expo 2006 Volunteers will need to show up at least 1-2 hrs. early to help with the various tasks. PM me - bdonscion - if you would like to volunteer. I will update the lists of those needed as we get more volunteers in.

Event Directors:

Scion Parking - Help assist Scion owners in parking and lining them up in the Owners Parking Area

Directing Traffic /Grand Entry - Check off RSVP guests and register those arriving and departing. Signing Release forms. Directing vendors and non scion owners to correct parking.

Assisting Exhibitors - Helping Sponsors/Booth Owners set up in proper locations and tear down.

theres too much going on!! can you wait untill after the 18th?
there should be plenty of room by then.
the general rule is that stuff that wants a sticky gets them by order of when they happen......

Mod, i dont mind u taking down the other Scion Expo post but this one must be STICKY .
There are other Sticked events that are Later than May.

u know ive looked at other places than the lonestar area an i can see some have alot of sticky things an announcements ... but either way it will still be on the first page if its unsticky or not. but thanks for the heads up.
