yup pretty much... its bad. its gettin better though i cant wait till they open the toll

 

That sucks, I10 was 3 lanes one way, now after 15 years of construction its still 3 lanes... but now there is what a metro lane, then 2 hov and 2 tolls? and if you pay the tolls you think any one in the 3 free lanes is gonna let you off to exit >=)
