Default Coilovers Anyone?

I have decided i dont sit low enough i'm on S-techs right now and need another 3/4 inch outta a drop, before u go yellin DF210's they dont sit any lower then my teins and im not willing to give my nice ride up for some "junk" springs in my opinion, (as felt riding in hanks box) so if anyone has a set of coilovers sitting around they want to let go for a decent price let me know!!! I would just go air but my luck i dont need anything like that i would play too much!! Help me out!

Just my opinion here based on my experience...

But a Good coilover set goes for $900 - $1300, new of course.

I had HKS coil-overs on my box and the drop wasn't anywhere near low enough, even all the way down....
I know there are brands that do go lower, just my experience.

I've had S-techs, and I can tell you that Tanabes get lower by a bunch.
I actually just bought a set so I can give Snicka back his H&Rs that I have been
rockin for the last..... jeezzz 8 months I guess...

I like you want to be low, but I'm trying to do it on the cheap.

So good luck..

BTW, you can get a fairly complete air setup for $1300...
Hit me up if your intrested & i'll show you.

i think that hank has goldlines, and i think that they are cut. LOL, not sure. but i don know that they are goldlines..

As far as the ride in hanks box been too rough, well i have to say, the stock wheels and a drop does not give the strut much play, therefore a harsh ride, now on 19's with a drop youll have plenty of strut travel to ride comfortable.

and give me some tirs so that i can mount on my 19's and ill show you a TCM Box on 19's

Yeah dfwaltima is right I noticed a difference between DF-210's on stock and 17's .

As far as your tanabes on 19's I am sure if you look in the suspension section you could find a nice whip with the same setup as you want to have. I'll start searching.

BROSEF!!!!!!!!!!

You gotta see my car...
I just put the Tanabes on Last night.... Its PERFECT.
I mean, if they settle too much ill be hosed

Its awesome....
If you've seen my girls tC, its about that low in terms of fender gap.

And the ride isn't bad. I mean, its not anyworse than any other spring i've had.
I took some snaps on the Hotchkis (sorry, I said H&R before) before I dropped it,
And i'll take some more snaps this afternoon to show the before & after.
BTW, i've got my 19s on now. So it'll be a good measureing stick for yo box.

As far as a stationary non coilover drop goes, I say that Tanabe got it right on the money.
I'm about to tear up over here...

Yeah, not really, but... K you should swing by the Scion of Plano show Sunday.
I'll be out there, and you can check it.

If you decide to go with coilovers I think Progress Tech has the lowest set out there and they are under $1000 if I remember correctly.

But the DF210's are great springs.
