i couldn't go either.... my baby was sick.. i want it to go really bad.

 

I had to work! ALL WEEKEND! Overtime is good... But I still wish I could have made it...

Looks like you guys did great, I am proud of you. I rode around with my toys all weekend. I knew I couldn't go and that Streetcandy couldn't take my toys for me. I worked Sat morning and was on my way to Sport City to see if they were going and could take my toys. I got a call from an old friend and his 26 year old son had been killed in a motorcycle accident. He was on 2 weeks leave from Afganiston and visiting his wife and 3 kids at Fort Bragg NC. It was an emotinal week for me because my son started Air Force basic training last week. I forgot about the toys after that.
Juan does look like he is eyeing that xB. Maybe Santa will bring him one! Way to go, everyone that participated!

 

It was an awesome thing to do.It makes you appriciate your kids and keeps your mind thinking of all those little ones who are less off then you are.Next year maybe we can make it bigger and better .
For all those that did go we did a damn good job.

Here's some pixies during the toy drive......It was good meeting some of the crew from Team Squid. The only downside to this event was there were no forks available so I and Scott had to eat the chili/corn chips 3rd World Style. But it was a good grub overall.
