i have a meeting this week with the arbitartion people
(lemon law)
im wondering if i should completly put my car back to stock...really all i have that is a "mod" is lowering springs
should i take them off incase they need to look at the car or will it matter? - i dont think lowering springs will cause engine problems but i dont want them to pull out a lame excuse about it and throw my case out
ive pushed this hard and im very close to getting a new car so i dont want to take any chances

hmmm....IMO i would just change them out...You never know....It's 17k that they will have to put out to get you a new car....I would do it just to be safe...I know it doesn't have to do anything with the engine..but they'll find a way to get around it. So Stock is my opinion...
I would take them off, not because they may draw a link to the springs causing engine trouble, but if they agree to buy the vehicle back, they may want it the way it is when they inspect it. If that is the case and the Springs are on there when they inspect it, they may ask you to keep it the way it is and you may not ahve the chance to take them off and put them on your next tC or sell them if you are buying a different vehicle.
I'm not even sure if they inspect it like this or not. I have been with Joe Myers Toyota for over 9 years and never had one of my customers go to arbitration to have their vehicle bought back so I am not that familiar with the process. I would just do it to be on the safe side.
