I have rooms blocked for us for both Friday and Saturday. (6/6-6/7)

Rates are the same as last year at $72/night. This is a very nice hotel.

And as in past years, we will have an exclusive parking area.

WEEKEND ITINERARY
Friday- June 6th

3pm-5pm: Pre-registration in hotel lobby
8pm- Pre-Party- Location TBA


Saturday- June 7th

9am- Line up for cruise
930a- Cruise to show.
10am- Registration begins (Ends at 12pm)
11am- Judging begins.
12pm- Raffle & 50/50 tickets go on sale.
Lunch provided.
2pm- Top Secret Contest
3pm- Raffle and 50/50 drawings.
4pm- Trophies/Awards
*Show ends after the awards.
8pm- After Party begins.
10pm- Glow off


Sunday June 8th
9am- Breakfast at local restaurant (TBA) This will not be sponsored.

Yes they are. I also made an xD class. We have over 50 trophies this year.

 

Jyl , you can count the SS crew in for sure , I'll get you a head count shortley .


The last two years was off the hook , we wouldn't miss this one for sure ..

sweet cant wait again this year went last year for the first time wit 2 members ride's an 4 of us... we plan on taking a few more out this year hopefully i get to bring mine out.... but expect TSE to be out there again!!! already marked my off days for this.... if we can do miami an cali wit 20+ hrs driving we can do 8hrs without a problem lol..... n ill also have a headcount as soon as i can an will post up

Our pre party this year is at Incredible Pizza!
This place is awesome!! They have indoor go-kart races (with real trophies!), bumper cars, Mini Golf, and a huge game room with all kinds of video games, and an all you can eat buffet.




AND----------

We have over 50 trophies to give out this year!!! We have the usual xB, tC, and xA, and there are classes for xD and xB2 this year, and some special trophies that are going to be surprises. (muahahaha)

We will be doing raffle tickets again this year for all of our awesome giveaways from our sponsors, as well as a 50/50 drawing.

We also have some really sweet Scion & Asylum Swag to give out this year. We are really excited about this stuff!!

And I know EVERYONE wants to know about the contest.

But as usual its TOP SECRET, and we’re not telling!!!!!
Just know that it is going to be beyond awesome!!! The Tulsa chapter is stoked about this one!
