my advisor assigned to my case said the best route to go is get a regional inspector out to check the car personally and send me some arbitration paperwork because i have a strong chance of getting a trade-in

 

and one more thing, if the dealership HAS to keep your car overnight you DO get a rental as CONFIRMED by the corporate office!

indeed, and i quote "scion will provide you with a loaner vehicle for overnight repairs until your vehicle is in a OPERATIONAL condition"

 

they should not let that dealer sell scions

when i first got my scion at the dealership, i had to go back after 3 days cuz i ordered the bodykit, spoiler and alarm. on the day that i went back, they offered me a rental car (free of charge) because they had alot of cars to work on.

[but i was under 21 during that time so i took their free shuttle back home and got picked up later ..hahahaa]

is this the shattered sunroof thingy? (or was i reading the wrong forum posts)

 

this is dealing with his engine block. It go messed up during the "free oil change" i think and now he may be getting a new car

 

you're way off....my car was burning oil from day 1 and they never figured out why until they ripped it apart and replaced nearly the entire engine - now its still messed up and leaking air pressure
so now corporate is taking care of it
