If you're saying 50 for labor than we are tied, I'm doing it for 100 including all parts and me doing all the labor, you just gotta sit back and watch...

I can get that screen out for you, it's simple, it just takes a few minutes cuz you have to desolder the contacts to get it out...Bring it over if you have the LEDs for it...I've actually got a couple extra red ones and white ones if you don't have any...

I order all the LEDs through Garage1217.com, so whatever he has there I can get...Although tell her I don't recommend pink cuz I've heard that they fade really quickly, unless I talk to garage1217 and he tells me otherwise...

Edit - I talked to him and he told me how to get the pink to stay, so if she still wants the pink then it is possible without the fading...

Couple hours from taking everything out to getting it back in...

I charge $50, they buy the parts. If they don't have it, then it doesn't get installed.

I charge nothing for North Houston Scikotic members.

We charge about the same then, if I had the money and client base then I would stock the LEDs and resistors, but I just don't have the means to do that, but it only takes a couple days for them to get here anyway...

Where do you have them order the parts from, and do you make them take everything out of the car or do you do it for them?

They order the parts from wherever they want.

I'll take out everything if they are uncomfortable with doing it.

I'm pretty easy to work with.

Sounds to me like we are running the same setup...I wish I had the money to stock the parts, it would make it so much easier...I may ask where to get the resistors and LEDs from and see how much it would take to get them, but I need the clientel for it first...You wouldn't wanna go halfs on some wholesale would you?

You can get wholesale from Korea by yourself. I got my PLCC2 LEDs for 2cent a pop. No resistors though, only LEDs.

Glad to see that you can still type with the loss of a finger over there...and like I said, let me know anytime you want me to fix your stuff...
