If you are wanting original accessory from Toyota your best bet would be to search ebay for the part and take to a dealership to install.
Otherwise you could hit up most local car shops to get an aftermarket installed.

 

Try at some of your local salvage yards the may have a tottalled out xB or xA with the parts installed on it and you can proably get just about any mechanic to reinstall it if you can find it.
