the only recruiters i know are the employees like me trying to bring someone in.

could also be that because of all the changes going on in the it dept, they arent bringing anybody in at the entry level. frost is doing a lot of upgrades both software and hardware as well as locations since we are going to move to westover hills. when i started this programming job, it was during a slow time so they had time to give me the help i needed. i can already see that things are picking up and that they are only going to faster.
