haha i wouldn't have gotten any money if they totaled it out i think i may still be upside down 
but good news is they found a used motor out of a salvaged tC (side impact, so no damage to motor
) with 8k miles so they are gonna buy it and put it into my tC so she'll live again
its like going to a party, getting extremely drunk, getting liver damage, and then recieving a transplant. except my car didnt go to a party, didnt get drunk, doesnt have a liver but is getting a motor transplant

i wish mine was that lucky... but i was seriously damaged by the water, your tc is only worth 13? they gave me 13 for my 06...
