its a program that we bought and im trying to install it on our mainframe and configure it to work with our setup and data.

its a fraud detection system. its written in cobol and jcl and has about 200 files or so.

yea no prob dude. just give them plenty of big words and all of your experience. talk alot about your current job since the one here is a step up from that one and they like to hire from the help desk. since i have been here, there are 3 guys working tier 2 and 2 of them came from help desk.

get familiar with citrix and iheat since we use that a lot here and if you feel comfortable, tell them that you are familiar with it. big points for that one.

yea i'll let them know what i do here, well the technical parts of my job atleast lol... use plenty of big words huh? can i make stuff up? if the fluxcapacitor is bad the computer wont establish a connection to the internet... lmao jk jk

there are only 3 working T2?? hmm small group... but yea dude i'll try to get familiar with them, i got a week to study lol... and i gave them like 7 references, i got 2 campus web coordinators, a media editor, a pc repair tech, that all know what i can do and i put some ppl i've done work for...

that works. yea there are only 3 working t2. for awhile it only had 1 guy but they got some people out of help desk.
t2 is part of network eng. which has a lot of people. 1/2 the floor actually.

if you make stuff up, make sure to back it up with lots of info to make it sound real. im pretty sure it work work and they will think you have no idea what you are talking about and they will be hitting the security button under the desk.

they are more towards the center of the building about half way up the building on the 10th. windows are hard to come buy and even more so with offices. frost likes cubes. they are everywhere.
