Hey guys, to finish a project I am working on I need side profile photos of all models of Toyotas imported to the US. For more info see this thread:

Anyway, there are sixteen vehicles on the list that I still need hi-res photos of to do some illustrations. Two of those vehicles, a Toyota Stout and a Toyopet Crown, have been located at Toyota of Irving. An employee alerted me to them and offered to let them be photographed. That employee does not have a good digital camera, though.

If anyone in that area has a good camera and can spare a few minutes, I will hook them up with some free ScionLife goodies. I need a photo of each car taken directly from the side about level with the door handle. (If you read the thread linked above you will already know this) It can't be at an angle, or too low or too high, etc, but dead on accurate. It also needs to be fairly high resolution, at least 4Mb.

That would be awesome. I'm still trying to figure out who you should talk to about taking the photos... hopefully I can get this taken care of ASAP, I will be VERY happy!

I have the same problem here in Portland... the Toyota Port Facility has one of the first Crowns ever imported to the States in their lobby... but there isn't enough room to photograph them! So frustrating!

I would bet that Scott has the abilities to get them out of the showroom. Even if they don't work, he can get them to work and get them out.....

 

Now I just need someone there at the same time with a camera! Anyone?
