well guys and gals It looks like ray potter "digicon" has been banned from S/L.

Just wanted you all to know he had a chance and has blew it with me and darren
as Darren tried to help the both of us solve a problem and now digion has payed the price for lying etc.........

people on the internet thinking they can run scams are loosers.

 

an to think hes from htown..... man gives us a bad rep... i never meet the guy but some have. i read the responses on here and on another forum from houston-imports.com as well an it was for the same thing... glad it was dealt wit for the ones who got scammed...

 

he's been warned several times, i remember reading a topic about this guy scamming a fellow SL member it was like 4 pages long. it's a good riddance in my opinion.

he scammed another SL member which is a BIG

 

no way then he desvere it along with 20 lashes with a wet noodle

 

ok ok well from what ive read an seen on here and another forum.... he was selling items on here and on houston-imports.com things in the forums or the area for that..... apparently back in 05 back in i dont know august month area he sold some things to a guy on the east coast i think. an the guy got it but it wasnt the thing he wanted an wasnt what he told him it was or condition it was..... so he filed a suit wit paypal cause it didnt arrive till 3 months later an the guy who bought the items didnt want it an told him he didnt want it... so yeah he waited for a while to send the items out an didnt give them the tracking numbers etc etc.... an he did it to another guy on houston imports as well.... it wasnt in the condition he said it was an the guy wasnt satisfied an called him out so they banned him from the website .... so finally i guess enough complaints where against him on here an they banned him from here too... i never meet the guy personaly so i couldnt tell ya what type of guy he is.... its just a shame it had to end like this but alls well ends well.... he was given many chances to correct the problem but didnt...

 

I wont go to detail but Im glad the scum is off here and wont scam another member out of money as he did me. he had his chance to make good and Darren went the extra mile to help this kid and he lied to us both . so you H-towners and others watch out if you deal with him.

 

Digicon failed to ship the item in a reasonable amount of time, then tried to ship it after a PayPal claim had already been placed. The item was refused and shipped back. No refund was made.

Digicon then RESOLD the item to someone else, and kept both payments. He still did not send a refund.

I negotiated a deal between them in which Digicin would repay a lesser amount to end the disagreement. Digicon did not repay the lesser amount by the date he agreed. I then offered him an even lesser amount at the last minute, which he also failed to pay.

He is banned from the site for good.

 

Nuff said.
