Ok, so the feedback has been mixed. I understand some of your concern. I think the ONLY version of this applique I would go for is "Torrential." Was thinking maybe 5 stars or something. I know they post many larger than life looking things on the website, but that just wouldnt look rite on the tC - word! Maybe if scion came out with an all-terrain vehicle!

That is true, they are unique... For example I'm riding black on black it's all a personal reference. What I meant was IMO it's a negative for me.

 

I hear everyone, I hear ya. The pics on the website are def not cool. the green Mercedez with the green applique looks terrible! And yes, if you were wondering, I am going for something different. Want you all to know your feedback helps...

To reiterate - I would be going for the Torrentials (only). They have more of a blue tint.

And the price - yeah - thats one of my concerns. Esp being that I would be upgrading to 19"s - an add'l expense

 

the torrentials are not bad at all, kinda reminds me of the anadized(sp?) blue/teal HRE on a xB. i personally dont think they look that bad.

Now all the restrictions is also really stupid. i mean they want a PERFECT rim to potentially damage it if not done correctly

 

I've seen that color on a paint job but not on wheels....definately different. Can't say I would buy any, but that's my opinion.

 

I personally think it isnt that good looking, but if you ARE going to do it, you BETTER buy one of the chain Spinner Necklaces...

Why dont you look into annodizing??
