After my steady, never-ending onslaught of babble regarding the new xB, I finally was able to convince the wifey that she needed one. After Backstage, where my wife saw the Hypnotic Teal Mica in person, she finally agreed. We picked up our new xB last night.
She's sporting a manual tranny and the upgraded iPod stereo.
This thing desperately needs a drop! Perhaps I can sneak on some springs when my wife isn't looking.
"No, Honey. I have no idea how it got like that. The stock springs must have just settled a bit."

This is the first picture i have seen with the two xb's sitting next to each other. I do like the new one. Also that color is very nice.

 

She was sooooooo stoked about the new B. I thought I would be more excited about having a new toy to play with, but she had me beat. She was so excited about the car that she hardly slept. She couldn't wait to get up and drive it. ...just like a kid at Christmas!
I have infected yet another victim with Scion, now all I have to do is introduce her to the mod bug! If she gets bitten, I'll never leave the garage! lol

 

Oh its easy....start her off with some wheels....tell her how those hubcaps gotta go....and then its..."Oh man, look at that wheel gap, now we gotta lower it" and continue with the rest of the car

Jen still wants me to trade in my tC...I showed her the fuse concept and she said "As soon as you find out when we can put a deposit down, we are going to the dealer for that" So hopefully the new tC or whatever the hell they decide to call it will look similar to the concept...
