Well it doesn't look like our site will be back up in time to coordinate everything, its taking longer to migrate to the server and hosting company than I realized it would.

So I guess this thread will be a goo dplace to get stuff sorted out. :/

 

man that bites , but it will be great to have our own server , so its worth the wait .

I'm going nutz obsessing over getting all my crap together for the show.. I just have to make it through work tomorrow and then FIVE DAY WEEKEND!!! I'm sure I'm going to be worthless tomorrow. Not that that's anything new :D

 

Last one there is a rotten egg...lol. I am packed. I haven't been doing anything to the car, I guess I will clean it in Roswell. Drive Safe and I will see everyone Friday. I am off the computer till I get home Sunday.

I wouldn't bother cleaneing the car till i got there either.

 

I'm gonna wash my car tomorrow (Thurs) to get all the big stuff off (haven't washed her in almost 2 weeks). Then I'll wash her when I get there, too. Gotta remember to bring some quarters :D

 

I've lived in Lubbock before. Yes, I know how dusty West Texas is. :D

 

well i'm going to wash and wax the ride before going it will make the clean up there

Don't worry about the quarters, Roswell is going to have a place for all of us to wash
up after the trip. Gotta love these guy's. We're leaving early like 3.00am ish friday.

How the hell am I going to sleep tonight and tomorrow night? It's like Christmas. :D

 

Up, Up, Up, Up.....

 

I just rolled back into Fort Worth. I hit the front door at 5:30.
Had a blast, and those of you that didn't go, you missed out.


For those of you I was discussing my insane mileage going into Roswell, I made it from the Chevron (two blocks from the hotel) in Roswell AAAAALLL the way into Weatherford on one tank (about 45 miles short of my house). I drove 55 all the way to Abilene (about 330 miles, AC and stereo on the whole time), then followed a Dodge at 85 all the way into Weatherford (The remaining 115 miles, stereo all the way up, windows down), where my fuel light came on. I stopped there and filled up. 445 miles exactly on a mere 12.3 gallons of gas. That means my tC got 36.18 MILES PER GALLON!! INSANE!!!!!! I TOLD you guys I was getting mid 30's on the way in.... :D :D :D
I wonder what I'd have gotten if I'd stuck with 55 ALL the way in.. I might have hit 40... I

 

I didn't get to meet you there, I meant to.

I had a blast, a great weekend all the way around.

I am sad to say that I did not take one pics while I was there.

But there will be lots of pics, we took Hunter with us and I think he took hundreds.
