i met him at the scion exposed. he showed me one of his work and i was very impressed. i'm waiting to get all my parts for the carputer and have him program everything.

yeah talk to bret on here .. he had some interior lighting and some screens i belive from rose's of houston... does good work.

 

He's on the southwest part of town, he does really good work. He changed out my gauge lights. Just give him a call.

I have a few questions

I went to his webpage, but it seems none of the links work.. like none at all....

I have been thinking/wanting to do a CarPuter in my Xb, and hell I can build my own system, just not sure on the electrical needs/systems which I should install.. and where to get them.

Lastly I would love that in-dash screen on his site

 

i contacted him through email and he said he was changing websites and neither of them are fully operational right now.

He soldered my leds for my dash. I'm going to get him to do the center console sometime this week maybe!

 

if you dont mind me asking, how much did he charge you to change LED's in your guages and center section?

 

We here in Houston have a nickname for him...MR. Clean. Super Awsome guy, does great work.

He did a pretty good job on my car...my setup with a carpc in the back, and 7 inch touchscreen, JVC DVD/MP3 headunit, GPS, rear camera that is in the back of the bumper. yup, he did my gauges too. he did an awesome job.

 

I have read where he has done several guage clusters, but have not seen anyone who has the Carpc done by him.

Really would like to get it done, just not all to sure i can just send that kind of cash to someone.

His website claims to be in the middle of an upgrade, however the upgrade has been in the works for sometime it appears.

He has a good rep for guage clusters, just looking for someone who has gone all the way with him with a carpc install.

I am new to the boards, however been stopping by and finally have the cash to spend. Looking for anyone with anymore thoughts on rosesofhouston at this point. Good/Bad whatever.

I have not contacted him to this point, but will look to do so in the near future.
