Scion Exposed 06 -Inputs and Idea for Improvement-
Overall, I thought that scion exposed was a blast. The only 2 things that i thought would be great for next year are :
1. have some type of rope to separate the crowd from the ppl that was participating in the JAM the xB competition ( for better pics )
2. Have all the xA xB tC parked separately so its easy to check out each others cars. That and it looks better on Sky pics.
Anybody else have any inputs or idea?? or is this a repost

i agree with all of your points.
and there were a couple of girls around you just had to go find them. and after the one got in trouble and had to go change, they were pretty much invisible.

There should have been a street class and the classification should have been better organized.
No offense to Mike, who won 3rd place in xB Wild, but there was no way in hell he should have been in wild.
It also wouldn't be bad idea to have awards for best paint, best interior, most innovative, etc.
I understand the no show girls and no alcohol policy. They were trying to keep it more family friendly.

Good point. There was a thread that was started for pre-party ideas. I don't remember anybody in that thread proposing we go to a 21 and over dance club.
But, if you noticed, quite a few of us did not go to the pre-party. And it was partly because our under 21 members could not get in legally.

thats what ____sed me off the most is the pre-party they asked us to post all the ideas and CHAD took it upon himself to do that.....
and what did the girl do to get in trouble....
and yes the cruise and after dinner should have been well planned we had a manager want us to leave cause apparently they only bought food for 50 peeps
and better seperation of the cars had to wait for one guy to stop polishing his car so i could to crowded and had a lot of space to use....
but overall it was a great success

I wish it could be on a Saturday, but I know the dealers are all open on Sats. I just think it is hard for people to stay the whole day if they have a long drive to get home and work the next day. Pre party was kinda cool if you went, but even Chad realizes now it was too limiting.
The judging of the cars is not that important to me, I know several people that did not come because their cars were stock. I could not convince them nobody cares.
All in all it was a blast for me, because my wife did not complain except she got bored with the Club Che pretty quick.

Overall I found Exposed to be quite boring. I mean, it's a great event if you are in a club and into showing your car, which is cool. But I could only take an hour of it and left. I didn't even wait on the food. I was surprised at the limited number of vendors represented. What I would have found beneficial would have been a hands on modification seminar, or as most of you on this forum have, an install party. You know, it would have been great to buy some cold cathodes or lowering springs right there and have some coaching as you put them on.
