Bring your own CD's for comp. I can't get ahold of the Car Toys Guy's
But Just in case they dont bring there own CD, we will use someone from the shows
CD so that everyone is using the same stuff for equality purposes.

Buzz ads started yesterday if anyone has heard them let me know what you think.

If anyone wants to help with this event get here a little early we may need some help getting everyone in and parked safely.

I really apprecitate the Help nestor this show is all about giving back to you guys
and having your support has been really great.

By the way American Wheel and Tire will be giving out a set of Rims at the show
as a door prize so be looking forward to that.

Size and Style I dont know but I was really happy to get a set donated for the show.

Very Long Post Sorry Lots of info to get across.
Schedule.
11:00 Entry/Parking

12:00 to 2:00 The Buzz Will be Doing a Live Feed at show as well as giving out Stuff.
Also Food: Barbecue is Served.
2:00 Car Show Judges will start Looking over cars
also Around 2:00 Sound Off will start.

3:00 or When Sound off is over we will gather all the Judges and Car Toys Guys Together Determine Trophie Winners.

4:00 trophies Will be Given out
as well as any door prizes that are left.

**This schedule is kind of loose because we aren't sure how long sound off
will go on and we don't know how long the Buzz will hang around.

We will also have Dj mike doing his thing throughout the show.

There will also be a Female Dance group here That performs lots of different types of routines one of which is a coyote Ugly Routine. They will be performing throughout the event. They said that depending on the turnout we have that they have two routines worked up
for every song. ( PG and PG-13 )

This is a family oriented show and we don't want to offend anyone plus we want everyone to come and to have a good time.

Note: The buzz will be giving out stuff while they're here so try not to miss that I
know that there are supposed to be concert tickets involved.

Plus lots of different Vendors will be here giving out Stuff so again lots of freebies.

 

im going to try to stop by there frdiay garry...i dont have the tC right now its in pieces (again) and go over final details. But ill be ther at 9 am staurday with at least 3-4 members of my crew to help ya out.

Everyone that comes will be entered into the door prize drawings as long as they fill out the entry stuff like name and contact info. we aren't doing any mail outs or anything stupid like that. So dont worry about your entry info. we are doing this more to keep track of how many people we actually got to the show. If you want to give address and phone or email contacts you can but it is not required to be entered for the free stuff. ***Must Be Present To Win***
Contact info. may be used for future shows so that we know how to get in touch with the same people to do this all over again. As we speak this is how we are doing the prize giveaways.

Ok here is the deal Back in the Old days people would get together at the local
drive up food places similar to sonic and the car Hops would come to your ride and take your order and then bring it back to you. Anyways after leaving the drive ups people would go to the local drive in theaters and hang out till the movie started.

There are many reports of hanky panky and the sort going on at the drive in and some of us young bucks may even be the results of a drive in movie. Anyways the
drive -ins
have been replaced by multi-plexes and shut down and tucked away into the past.

This is a prelude to my idea for an after party I thought it would be cool seeing as a group of people close to the dealership have opened a modern day drive-in theater complete with the outdoor screens and gravel parking lot and concession stands I would offer this venue up to host our after party.
If we can get enough people that want to go, they will give us car load pricing instead
of per person parking and they will open the gates to us as early as 4pm with the movie starting at 7pm.

The movies playing are Shaggy Dog / Eight Below / and The Hills have Eyes.
Three seperate screens so you can watch the movie of your choice.
Like I said instead of charging by the person they will charge by the car it would be
$18.00 a car.

The only Catch is I have got to give the owner of the place an estimate of people that are down to ride into the place so that he can get his peolple in place to open up early
and to take care of us while we are there, concessions and stuff.

If anyone is interested in doing this as an after party let me know via scion life
this was the only place in this area big enough to accomidate us without a big deposit
or a group grat. charge.

 

That sounds coo, but I was hopin to have a more adult after party like was mentioned in the original thread. Bar time would be the awesome. Plus 18 bux a car could be a lot especially if ur rolling solo.
