Sorry to hear about your migraines Quina, you should try a chiropractor, it had done wonders for my headaches. I missed you guys tonight, I was sad that I got out of my meeting so late :-(.

Quina, I know exactly where you're coming from with those headaches. Migraines run in my family It's like I tell my mom, out of all the things I could have inherited from you...you had to give me MIGRAINES, I couldn't get her thinness haha But what Chris said about Chiropractors...definately true. I'm not just sitting here sayin this cause I work for one, but before I started working there I was getting SEVERE headaches about 2-3 times a week and migraines about once a month. Now that I get adjustments all the time....maybe a headache about 2-3 times a month. You should really check one out. If you're interested in coming to mine just let me know, I can probably hook up with some kind of deal at least on your exam and x-rays.

 

OMG i have no clue what im doing at work today... i should be out shopping... i think im going crazy!! hmmmmmm whats a good excuse to leave work today??? HELP!
