Spring installation in Houston area
I am wanting to put some lowering springs on my tC and I wanted to know if you could recommend anyone in the Houston area that would do it and how much do they charge?
Any help would be appreciated.

Where's Ed (tCTaco)? I know he's around here some place. He's lowered more tCs in the area than anyone else. He's the guy you're looking for.
If you don't find anyone else, I can help you out.

Holy crappers...I was bored and decided to add up how many Scions I have lowered...and came up with 15 and thats just suspension work. Thats not including all the other mods i have done on other peoples Scions.

It all matters on what you want out of your car. If you are going for looks with a lil bit of perfromance, then the S-techs are the way to go. Htechs will offer you a decent drop with a factory type of ride comfort. I ran Hotchkis on my tC after the S-techs and loved them. Combined with the Hotchkis sways and TRD struts improved the handling and made the tC even more fun to drive.
Let me know what you are looking for and I will help in any way I can.
