Where do the tC or scion owners in general meet up in the south Houston area? Just bought my wife a 2007 tC SSM and we are starting to make some mods on it but I was wondering where the scion people meet up to let her check out some other tC's to get an idea of what she likes. She is a very visual person and needs to see mods on the cars first to decide if she is going to like it or not lol I have been building custom show trucks and cars for the last 10 years but this car is the first one she is going to customize and I am only there for suport (and money of course) haha

So far she has picked out the billet grill for the top and bottom, The indash double din screen and she knows how she wants to mount her amps and build the fiber glass sub box, and she finally decided on the 19x8 Konig unknowns with 235-35 Kumhos which will be on this week. I know I know there are a lot of tC's out there with the unknowns but thats the ones she liked and this is her car to mod not mine lol once the wheels are on she will decide how far to lower it but knowing her its not going to be on the ground like it would be if I did it, but a mild drop on 19's seems to be nice on the tC anyway.

sorry for the book I guess Ill wait and see if you guys are going to meet up sometime soon and we will come out and meet some other scions owners. Oh ya we live in Rosenberg so if there is a meeting spot out on that side of Houston and not out near the north side or spring area that owuld be awsome

i dont think htown scion owners do anything as a scion group anymore besides the main scion car clubs in town. we usually meet up around town on every side an also hit up the houston import scene.

 

congrats on buying a tC. i got a tC but live in the NW side of houston. got some stuff done to it, also have a pretty good system. i see that you know a lot about car audio, know anyone around here who can make a high output alternator?>

Northside of town here, theres going to be a pretty big meet this month at an underground parking lot for all import car owners.

 

Keep me posted on when and where if ya don't mind. Even though its for imports do you think they would mind me bringing the Stang? Its a 2005 GT lowered on 22's with the street scene body kit and 4 12's in the back seat and 4 amps in the trunk

There is a meet up for those of you on the Northside, 1960@45 Hooters this Saturday. From there we will roll out to the Underground Meet in the Theatre District. It is in the Tranquility Parking Garage for those of you that live in the area.

We are leaving Hooters at 8:00pm and the actual meet will be at 8:30
