Default weekend project

This weekend I'm going to be installing my new h/u and hooking it up to my amp/sub, and even though I've been calling it a project it really isn't. Should take a good 20 minutes if everything is right.

So I'm looking for a little extra to do. I wanted to mod something on the interior (I like to keep the exterior looking somewhat stock). I have the blue "LEDs" factory option and I added another lightbar in the back, but I want to do a bit more, possibly with lights.

Anyone have any ideas? It's all stock except for the lights.

I don't expect a response really, I'm just bored at work

I'm looking to do just about anything... I'm probably going to buy some lights and find neat places to stick 'em. Don't wanna go overboard though and make it look like and f'ing UFO on the inside.

I saw some guy with IS300 fogs, I think that would be a neat fix for my missing inlet. (off topic)

Just wanted to see whatother people have done, or what ever ideas they had. I've been lurking around the forums looking for neat stuff.

well i replaced all of the stock interior bulbs (domes and the cuby light) with blue and white LEDs. blue for the back and front dome curtesy lights and white for the 2 maps and blue for the cuby.

they match the scion lighting perfectly and are not too bright, which i also didn't want. but i am putting in 2 blue cold cathodes in the roof above the c pillars, mainy to shut people up and they were free so.....

and a new shifter *** is a nice touch

You know, I was just thinking about doing the roof.

I think I'll do that and then put some LED's in the back cupholder area and w/e else I can find to do.

theres a place over here on the se side that sells led's, cathodes(if there in) other small motor type parts an wires of all kinds, plus the tools u need. i forgot the name of the place but its a computer repair store where i get most of my led's an wires from. if u check into computer stores they might have alot of things your lookin for if u wanna brighten up the interior.

Default EL Wire

Anyone ever hook up some EL wire to their car?

http://www.xoxide.com/5ftblueelwire.html

Sounds like it would be something neat to put along the center console. Says it comes with the molex connectors and I think they run at 17v one 12v wire and one 5v wire wonder if I could still get that to work in the car.

I'm postin' too much now... bored at work.
