Default Headlight swap

Dumb question but will 2010 Halogen headlights fit on a 2005 Non Halogen headlight and vice versa? This is for a TC.

So basically I would need to switch the bulbs out or does it require more then that? Do you have to change the wiring harness at all?

you need to change the wiring harness. h11 and 9006 are two different sizes.

and fyi, oem 2007 and below are all halogen.. so i'm not sure what you are talking about with the "non halogen" comment.

Good point. As you can tell I'm very versed in this subject. So it's a diferent bulb size and harness. Is it hard to change the harness out? I'm assuming it requires cutting the wires?

Really? I thought you just need to change the bulbs to the correct size when swapping to the projector headlights?
