I am interested in getting into Scion automotive sales. I live walking distance from a Scion dealership. I currently own a TRD supercharged tC that is heavily modded. I am very knowledgeable about Scions in general but even more so about tCs. I am very good with people. What kind of base pay can I expect to start and how does the pay structure work? To all the sales guys, are ya'll happy ?Thanks in advance!

I can tell you that car salesman are very cut throat. It's a good job but I know of long hours and if you don't make your quoto kiss your butt goodbye. Thats the way it rolls up here. You are only like 20 min south of me. It is some good pay if you can sell cars thats all I can say!!

The pay plans very from dealer to dealer, and it also depends on what you truely know, and who you know.

best thing for you to do is go to the dealer and see what its like.
