Chesapeake, Va Beach, scion owners I need some help!
Im looking for some first hand accounts of impressions of scion dealers in that genereal area. Ive looked at the reviews on this site and I Was just wondering if anyone else had their own 2 cents to put into it. I recently went to Priority Scion in Chesapeake and the salesman there was very informative and helpful, anyone got any input?
My personal advice is avoid Priority at all costs, they wasted $500 of mine from misleading and lying to me and countless hours of my own time due to the incompetance of their service department.
Checkered Flag has been good to me however, though I have not dealt with any of their salesmen. Their parts department has been helpful and completely straight forward so much that I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to go there just for an oil filter when priority is right down the street from me. Their service department has been good to me too. Fast, courteous and accurate, not a problem at all. I've taken my car there for alignment after spring install, oil change, state inspection and windeflector tsb. All have been completed with no problems in less time than they originally told me.

I would try First Team Toyota-Scion. being a smaller dealership, they take the buying process to a more freindly atmosphere. The service dept is great and so far both my parents and myself have purchased from first team. If you decide to go talk to Clarence Johnson. Glenn Askew is the sales manager and he knows he stuff. They had to order mine and i was kept posted through the whole process.
