Cruise to the formula d round 3 main event in NJ saturday June 5th
anyone interested in doing this i plan on meeting at the park and ride by criswell chevrolet between 7 and 7 30 am and roll out at 7 35am. i just mapquested the directions and everything and it says it will take us roughly 3 hours and 45 minutes to get there. if you plan on cruising make sure you bring money for tolls/have your ez pass and have at leat 10 dollars in cash for parking at the track(im assuming it is still that much). once we get there everyone can leave whenever. i think ticket prices are like 30 bucks if you buy there and are cheaper if you buy online before the event. go to www.formulad.com to find out for sure. the address for the track is Wall Speedway

and the park and ride is at the intersection of 124 and 270 exit 11 coming from frederick or exit 10 coming from dc
Rules:
- We will be observing the rules of the road. No illegal maneuvers (ex. passing/racing on double yellow, following too closely, intentional swerving, etc.)
- Faster, or more spirited drivers, should be up in the front of the pack. Slower drivers or vehicles should stay in the back of the cruise.
- Follow in a single file line. Do not attempt to race or pass someone on a double yellow.
- If someone is going to pass you in a passing zone, let them pass. DO NOT SPEED UP.
- Due to the length and time of the cruise, the whole group can not wait for people to catch up. If you wish to wait for your friends, you may, but the entire group will still depart on schedule.
- No burnouts, parking lot races, drifting, or showing off when we stop in public areas. We are not trying to get in trouble or give this cruise, and car enthusiasts in general, a bad reputation
These are some of the rules from a cruise i went on in october last year. i dont want to be a dick about it but just keep in mind everyones safety. the last thing i want is for someone to get hurt or worse on what is supposed to be a fun day
