Thanks for the honest response. I was hoping that the current scene was not the same at other places.
For me, I really felt out of place age wise. I was hoping to see some people OVER 30
- Even the few old school vehicles had very young owners.
I did not get into the crowd, but the racing aspect seemed to be one reason for the majority of the people to be there.
Based on the NASIOC forum I know most of those guys are against the street racing, maybe that is why they usualy avoid the spot.
No one stayed around their cars to show them off, that also was a dissapointment.

Right in our back yard. Sounds good to me, I will pass the word around. Their parking lot should handle us. I haven't been there for a few years. I think the first time my parents took me was about 35 years ago.
