As most of you know, i wrecked my car, and long story short, my fenders, and doors need to be repainted. which means im gonig to redo my graphics. i used to have all silver, but i wanna change it up, and make look alot better.

since alot of you have seen my car personally, i figure u would be the best help.

please vote, and if you chose other, please give me your input and explain why.

brian and other mods, please leave this thread in this section, for the matter that these people actaully know and have seen my car in person, so i would much rather have their input then the rest of the SL community.

im not a fan of graphics, really
but yours kinda grew on me, just from hanging and being around your car

so i say other and the other would be orange (dark or neon) with black or c/f outline

i hate chrome or chrome graphics, im tired of silver on ur car
go with something different and unique

it wouldn't be ugly, just a change and would go well with your color

 

i was somewhat thinking about a burn orange as well...

I need to see all these colors on cf....

the main thing im worried about is if my paint has faded over the year and a half ive had them on

 

For me, graphics = lame.

They usually take away from the car.

When you talk of carbon fiber, are you saying that the vinyl will have a carbon fiber "look"? If something is carbon fiber, its carbon fiber. Parts that are made to look like carbon... well I dont want to be completely negative but its ricey. Its making something look like something its not.

In the end, its your car. Do whatever makes you happy. Dont let the opinions of anyone else sway you. A two or three tone paint job would look slick though....

Metallic Silver & Carbon Fiber. CF will only look rice if you do it half assed. I have never seen your car in person but from the pictures, it's hot. You have to try really hard to make it look rice.

 

Black&Bronze....

Get some dark bronze wheels and youre set homie.

Not a huge fan of graphics or stickers Zach, but this is your car. That's about it on that.

 

Carbon Fiber looks good I think. Just make sure you have some of that

 

yea i agree... not a big fan of graphics. honestly if your goin to redo something like that then just have your whole car repainted!! get a check from the insurance company and go to a respectable body shop!!! but like most people said its your car and in the end you have to live with it so do wat you want!! but if you do go with graphics then deff go with something different something bright ... something that stands out.... DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!!!!

 

CF would be a CF pattern. and im starting to lean away from that as well.

burn orange is sticking in my head right now... but once i get my ca back im gonna go to my graphics shop (speedesign... they are world known, im sure alot of you have seen their work on cars, cause most of the cars that have mag shoots get their vinyl done at speedesign)

all in all.... i would do custom paint, but if something got damaged again, its too hard to repaint and match the colors perfect if something had to be replaced, so i wont do that.

and yes input is wanted because it gives me ideas on what to do. as you gusy said, it is my car and ill do what i want, but inout is always helpful

 

bright blue would go very well with our FM color....I can really see that on yr car

 

blue probably wont happen. unless u can show it to me on FM.

 

Quick 3 ones I did just to give u an idea. These are the colors I like. Orange, blue & teal.

thats a bad pic of my car, and i would need to see the vinyl itself on the car, but thanks for the effort.

using ms paint, and the horrible pic of my car dont show the flake in the paint, and the metallic in the vinyl.

but claudia... out of the ms paint jobs u did, the orange looks the best IMO

bah... i just want my car back so i can get her finished... i wasnt gonna s/c... i was gonna save for a house... but i figure around my birthday... i will be having a whinning noise under the hood...
