I will be on 45th street for the most part. I will cruise for the Subaru meet, and then probably head on back to continue to watch for the rest of the night (both nights). Rally, I should be there tomorrow when you get in after your game.

and unfortunately, the Beetle's transmission has not been finished in time. The junk one we want the pinion & gear from is being a jerkface.

yea my softball tournament should be done by atleast 6ish, then i need to go to someone's house for a quick shower and then i'll be heading straight down. there's a Cobalt meet at the Hooters @ 8, so i'll be getting down there in time for that. then i want to meet up with y'all.

just wanted to say, it was cool to meet all the other scion owners, everyone has some sweet looking rides. brian, thanks for getting us into the scion booth, even if scion didnt care enough to even come. it was a cool show and we had a good time...except- i want to know what judge decided to lump xB's and xD's together and then award a (sorry monica. you have a really nice car, but i'm calling BS) stock XD RS 2 with wheels 3rd place just because they prob thought it was a custom paint job, not knowing its a release series. i normally wouldnt expect to win anything, since having a clean looking can doesnt win shows, having 10 subs and tvs in your engine bay does. but to have a xd with over 4 grand in it, lose to a stock car ____ed me off. its not monicas fault and im not bashing her, but if the judges are that inept at OC car shows, than i dont see the point of showing. /end rant

 

Had a good time down there, It was a long but fun weekend. It was nice talking to the doubletake guys. I didn't expect to get a trophy down there.

game-over i think i saw you riding around, car looks good, i find it more entertaining to cruise up and down the strip and look at cars and girls than to sit at the show.

 

I deff will not show inside again, I would like to have the car to cruise around in.
