Default Redline TimeAttack Sept. 29th/30th @ Summit Point

Redline Time Attack is coming back September 29th/30th
at Summit Point, WV

This is just a heads up to clear your schedule
More info as it becomes available

www.redlinetimeattack.com
www.summitpoint-raceway.com

It will be held on the Shenandoah Circuit again
Some info on Summit Point's Shenandoah Circuit:

At variable lengths ranging between 1.68 and 2.2 miles, the Shenandoah Circuit is a no-holds-bared technical challence that will take years to master. Sporting a dimensional replica of Der Nurburgring at 20 deg banking, camber changes (including negative) incorporated with with decreasing radius corners positioned on vertical drops, the Shenandoah Circuit is the odds-on favorite to be the most technical track in the country.

I have to say I like how the SRT-4's had to stop wayyyyy ahead of time to take the turns that I did loool.

u should def do a few Auto-x's and try and hit a roadcourse just to get the feel of it before the event

but u got plenty of time before this event

you WILL need upgraded brakes/tires for sure
also need to eliminate the body roll, will help you out a tad
and just get a good feel for your car, be comfortable behind the wheel

+

In april I'll finish up with suspension prob coilovers
I already have front tower bar n rear sway bar so body roll should be at a min.

What kinda tires you mean? sticky summer ones?
And brakes like what Sap has? the slotted ones?

Auto x might be a problem, sharp turns don't go easy on my stomach
but track...track I'd like to try

the track has sharp turns, just FYI
coilovers, front strut, rear sway will help with body roll, but you will have body roll still

brakes like SAP, yes, something that can stand the abuse you will put it through
tires like the KDW 2's or R comps

True but I assume not as many turns as in auto x (I hope)
I'm getting the g forces in on the 18s but I def. won't use those for track lol.

We shall see, I'll def. come even if just to see you guys on it.

Can I ride with people or only the driver can be in the car?
