Richmond area tinters?
Ive used rpm to tint the windows on the past few cars Ive owned. They do a great job, charge upwards to 500 bucks.
I got a 99 geo metro I want to get legal va tint on all but the windshield. A light grey on the front two, dark on the back 3.
Anyone here do that? Just trying to help a guy out.
