Snow sucks when u work outside whicch i do. Workin on cars covered in snow sucks especially when its melting over your head and dripping on you. my shop never closes. unless theres no customers. and of course everyone needs there car worked on when it snows.

I got the snow blower ready, girlfriend is outa town, a ton of comic books, three new japanese movies came in the mail. It is a geeks weekend.

 

I got a movie (American Splendor, everyone go out and rent it, it's GREAT) and the 3rd season of Law and Order Criminal Intent, some candy, frozen pizzas and stuffed pretzels, my knitting and a brand new pattern book. That will last me from now till Sunday. I hope.

 

I have to work tomorrow - 8:30 'til whenever. I'm having nightmares about being snowed in at the dealership!!

But just in case, I'll have my knitting bag, my jewelry kit, and Tiger Woods on my GBS

 

Unik, you can always walk up to my 7-11 and get magazines, caffeine, and cigs if it is slow.

We are expecting 8-12 inches. I dont want it til Saturday night though since i am supposed to work from 8-4 on Saturday.


So how much snow is everyone else hoping for?

 

Unik, if i get stuck working tomorrow i will bring in coffee and maybe sandwiches to the office. the 7 is slow when it snows, plus its hard for us to get workers there.

 

Hmm. I bet it won't stop people from coming to the bank.

 

Tried to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things for dinner and I just walked straight out....it wasn't worth waiting in the long as lines of stupid people.

Everytime it does this people prepare for the worst , I've yet to read a storey of someone starving to death because they didn't buy a gallon of milk and bread the day before we get a possible 12inchs.

And how come everyone needs to buy a shovel the day before a snow storm...what happened to the one u had last year? WTF!

 

People lose the shovels. It rocks, We stock them in our store and run out an hour after we break them out.

 

i should record my drifts... those xbs will slide i was doin it tonight at walmart... its fun.. whos with me?

 

I know I need help....thats why I'm asking....syke....its actually better this way because I'm still driving to DC every day and the roads down there are hell...pothole heaven....

I'm gonna catch up on all my TV this weekend got a whole Comcast DVR full of goodies from this week....the whole I love the 90's part deux....

I went to Giant and Target this morning, Giant was insanity!

I heard this weird grinding noise when I would cut it hard to the left or right....is that just snow or something caught up in there?
