Do you think i will have a problem with 5% tint on my car all around in delaware?

 

you might have problems seeing out your windows...depends on how nice the local police are.

i have 20% tint all around, and the legal limit is 35% here in md, but i haven't had a problem when i get pulled over.

anyway, remember, the darker you go, the harder it is to see out at night, especially when your backing up. so think about it.

i got 13% all around, no prob ( yet ). im know one day ill be stoped and have to take it off. for now ill enjoy the dark tent. -ryan

i got 5% all around and i dont regret it at all, it looks great, the only thing is that sometimes you cant see that well when your turning at night or parallel parking, but it loOks great!

 

My Dad own's a tint shop here in DE... I pretty much know all the laws. lol Anything below 70% which is what your windows are BEFORE you tint them on the driver and passanger windows is illegal in this state. You can go as dark as you want on any of the windows behind the driver. Cops can now pull you over just for your tint. My dad has a TON of cars stopping by his shop to get their front doors stripped because of tickets daily. I have 22% all over my car with a 13% brow. Cops could even pull me over for that if they wanted to be ******, which most of them are. Havn't had trouble with 22% yet, I had it on the car before my tC. 5% is the worst, cops will pull that over in a heartbeat. I hate laws.
