Don't know of anything in the Tysons area. I try to avoid Fairfax if I can. FFX police tend to harass anyone with a "modified" import.

There's a show at 355 Scion in MD on Aug 2nd. Then there's the Show of Champions on Aug 9th in Crofton, MD.

I may possibly be out there. We usually have a pretty decent group of Scion people out there.

As far as freedom is concerned though, the douchebags are going to have to curve their douchebaggery. The owner of the lot is getting pretty agitated with people doing burnouts, revving, hauling ***** through the lot, and littering all over the place. Cops came through last week and warned everyone after some idiot in a charger roasted his tires and then tried running from the cops.

Also, if you're interested, a few of us Autocross on Sunday. If you'd like to tag along ride alongs are pretty fun and you might just get the bug to do it yourself.

We meet up all the time. I didn't make it out to Freedom last night, weather was crap. I may try to go tonight. May be having a "scion" get together at my crib though.

We also meet up on thursdays. This thursday will be at the sonic on Independence near haygood.

 

Hey, where do you autocross down there? on the LCAC pad at Little Creek? That is some sweet, sweet surface (when the bay isn't getting blown in). I ran my xA in the Va Autocross Championship last October. Funny thing, if it had stayed wet the whole time, I would have come out in 1st in my class!
