Hello everyone! Hope all is well with the mid south scion community. Every time i see a nice and clean tuned 1st gen, i get all sad missing my xB.

Sigh.

But got rid of my xB replacement a few months ago, 07 Tacoma X-Runner.

Now driving a 07 VW GTI with the DSG auto-manual

 

If it matters I am repping Wilmington with a slammed g1 BCP, started a chapter of the Scikotics and grown to 14 members in 5 months. Buy another box !

 

nah. those days are over. If i really wanted one, i'd want an 04. BCP again. just because the 04 was so limited in my color and trans. i'm addicted to Turbo and German build quality now. I'l always keep scion in my hear and and at one time the top 10 posters on this site. This place is like a second family. everyone on this forum knew my up's and downs and gave me many words of encouragement.

If the FR-S was available after the xB died, I'd be driving that right now instead of the GTI or the truck.

Plus with all the highway driving i do, it will just die again with the same heartbreaking results.

 

I think I've seen your ride downtown a few times.

 

I do work close to downtown, live in ogden. The bcp is a pretty popular color next to tcm. I assume u had a 5spd, as do I. If you see any of us flag us down.

i'm not in wilm often anymore. I' drive a GTI and it looks like everyone else except for some smoked corners and turn signal mirror lights. Their is a stanced white one with a ski rack i saw in Raleigh a few weekends ago. looked like white Steele 15x8 or 15x8.5? Stupid sexy.
