I don't know who the Subie dude was. I just meet him like 5 mins before we raced. He had a silver subie. Told me it was stock, and it really wasn't.....PUNK! J/k, cool guy. Gave me hella props on how quick the tC was.


And your right Nick, it does sound like a jet engine. If I hold spool, it's just amazing sounding. Wait till I'm on like 12-14PSI. Talk about ROASTING some imports/domestics.

 

I own a tC as well and went to saturdays race at the fairgrounds. Chris or call me gavyni. Rode three tC's deep with Clayton and Walter. Saw some of the races with T-dogs tC. Looks like your girl missed a shift on her first race but i couldnt tell.But i think she said that was her first night racing it. All i know is that these tC's are selling fast and we are out here i live in Belle Meade. Have another friend who owns a pearl white 2004 tC and is interested in starting a club or something lives in Bellevue near me.Clayton or T give me a shout and let me know if we cant start something. I know some ppl who can get shirts stickers and graphics just let me know.Think i will be there next week with my girl and her car.Now its no beauty like the tC but it is a classic 2002 Celica GT. So if you see me driving that nautical blue tC with pedalstal spoiler and super-7 18" rims just honk to let me know you love tC's or Scions alike.

 

w00t Nashville tC's unite haha. Maybe not next weekend but the weekend after that, we should get together for dinner and then hit the track again. Sound good to anyone? Nick, Travis, Jester????

I didn't miss a gear I red lined it coming out of 2nd. Travis did the same thing both of his runs. It's just where we couldn't get any traction and the tires were spinning like crazy. It wasn't my first time racing the tC in general. It was both of our first times racing it with the new ZPI turbo on it at the track so it was a learning experience. We had fun and hopefully this Friday we will be checking out a different track to experiment on.

Yeah, your boy told me the WRX was stock. Then come to find out it wasn't, because if it was, I would have walked him. Although, he couldn't pull me though, so I'm proud of our little 4 banger.

 

Hey everyone I know next weekend is Slammin and Jammin, but I thought that maybe we could get everyone together and have a possible cookout for Memorial Day. If not a cookout then maybe we could all get together after the show one night and go have some dinner and drinks. Just a suggestion as to all of us getting together. I don't want any excuses, I'm telling everyone a week and a half in advance.

P.S. We can only have this cookout if everyone pitches in and brings things.

 

I usually sit in a little ally way down by the square in lebanon after the show each night. We all shoulfd meet up and sit some where? Maybe?

 

Sounds good to me. Would like to have a BBQ sometime too.
