Hello Everyone...
We did meet up on sat night and I had one person come out. Better than nothing he actually showed me a very cheap and off the hook mod, i will be posting pics soon :0)
As far as "the bad side of town" comment, i hate to be derogatory but like i said this is an underground car meet that people with all kinds of cars meet up and it moves all the time on sat some of us met up at the old sam's club parking lot and then drove over to the kmart parking lot off of rivers. There were a lot of different cars there subarus, rx7s, civics, slammed trucks everything!! I'm glad that you guys would like to start up a meet in charleston but there already is one . seriously though if you don't mind me asking "Vampirecowboy" how old are you? Some of the comments made by you has lead me to ask that question. Not that there is anything wrong with it , it's just that honestly if something weren't "safe" I myself wouldn't be involved in it and not to mention this is off of Rivers ave with a whole load of cars so I don't really think something so dangerous would come out of it. i have seen people bring there kids to it and we are all there for pretty much one purpose and that is to see other people's cars and meet people that are in to the same things. not to mention the bottom line is that is where the cars are! If you guys want to meet up that's where we all meet and if you don't that's fine i respect that . It's not like we can fit 50 cars in a back alley somewhere. Think about it.

Good for you on trying to start your own club and all but I'm here to chill with other scions. I also have a subaru and if I were to get into another club it would be about a car I already have like maybe a subaru club. Just my opinion, but I dont like to mix cars.

 

i would have to agree, and knowing a lot of the people that go to these meets I would have to say more than a few would feel the same way. we all meet in the same place but we're all there with the cars that are the same as ours.

 

lemme guess the bad area of town consists of the liquor store and the small lil grocery store that sells old food.

i am 31 ya'll and i have seen a lot round this area over the yrs my grand ma lives not to far from the sams lot and i would not be caught no where near that area at night . hell if ya dont like me jus kick me outta here . i dont own a scion but bein i know somebody that does and they wanted me to post my opinions thats all im doin .....

 

funny plasmic rolls eyes down here the bad part of town is diff from what ya'll have in NY believe me like i said my grand ma lives a short ways from the old sams lot and well ya git the picture .......... i have lived here since i was born and have seen rivers from the sams lot on down go downward spiral heck even biglots and few other stores are leaving that area ya'lli go to church with some that run or have ran store there and hmmmmm..... and me not be in the pistol packin type of person ...... its sad when a fellow church member has to pack heat just to be able to run a honest biz ...... sorry to be a downer in ya'll sense of being but we are all human and to to be human ya have to go with what ya heart tells ya ... good or bad ..... btw amanda i talked to rodney today he said give him a buzz when ya git in town and tween ya'll set up a time to hang out and he'll tell me what the plans are again hope ya have a safe flight

 

Anyways, we can just meet up where ever everyone else meets up. It could be at Sams or at the Kmart. You never know until you actually get there. We change locations alot. I go almost every other weekend and I never go any earlier than 9:00. Out of all the times I've gone to these meets I've never seen any drama.
Plus if you dont want to go then dont go. No body is going to force you. Your an adult vampire arnt you? So do what you want.

 

Look no one is saying that they don't like you or that they want to "kick you out" of anything. It is not my place to do that.
I'm not even going to continue this discussion over and over again. If you are uncomfortable with the time and place that's fine I'll post when we have a meet in the middle of the afternoon during the middle of the week. ( it should be a little more safe then i assume (?) )

Cammie, what is going on? did you get my PM reply? so whats going on this weekend? i still need to finish your doors. i have a million other thing to show you that are cheap or free mods. give me a call so we can iron out the details. we need to do the doors in the daytime. the sun will help ;) know what i mean, we need the heat.

cammie do what ya want man .....as for the loser sh** i aint no loser jus a decent human being like everybody else . yes post when ya have some thing goin earlier in the day cause way things are lookin now rodeny is super busy everynight now with his g/f over in jacksonboro so hes rarely round at night now matter of fact we are lookin at goin to a few shows local to hang out with others ....if i see something goin on that ya'll dont see ill post a reply and let ya'll know whats goin on ttyl .....

 

Hey Scott, I finished that passenger door. It looks pretty good. I'll probly try to start on one of the other doors after work. I figured I'd take my time with it. Maybe a door a day. You know to let my fingers rest.

i will be off all day Friday. i can deff try to make it out Saturday. i have a lot of little tips and trix. ill call you later tonight when i get off of work. we will git-r-dun.

 

cammie scions will be considered used cars for sure by time i can aford one ...with the luck i have on locating a decent job which aint happened yet , dont knock me i like all cars and trucks .. but when i cant aford something it will have built in detroit and probly same more then 108 hp LOL . sorry to laugh but like i said ya will be able to pick up a tc or xa for 2 g's by time i can aford one ....ya'll have a good night

Got my first ticket yesterday in the tC. $232 for having a cover over my plate. what kinda ____ is that? insane. not plate covers in SC apparently.

Why do you have future scion owner on your avatar if you dont even want to get one? You should have a Scion passenger avatar. Or better yet, why dont you start up a Future Car Owners Club ? Then you guys could meet up in the middle of the day when its safe at the Bus stop.
