Thanks Chip. I thought long and hard on what I wanted and came up with this scheme. First I had to strip the whole wheel then polish/machine the spoke area. Primed them after masking then painted BSP with clearcoat over that. They look awsome in the sunlight and will get my new tires mounted in a couple weeks after the paint hardens up good.

I thought Thomas/Covington Pike was supposed to get you your steelies and tires that you got screwed out of when you first got your box?
They are for sale regularly on SL in the $200 range shipped. If that helps.

I am still trying to come up with some. It will be alot easier for me to get them once the new store opens and I have a little more say so in stuff around here. I have not forgotten about you.

Nah I'm not going to rush getting them mounted. I also need to get my rear lips installed and new springs. Got other secret stuff going on too but more on those later.

First you would have to dismount the tires. To polish the lip you need to mount the rim only on the front and spin it like it were on a lathe. Then work your way up to 1500 grit wet sandpaper and buff to a chrome like shine. Then mask off the lip and paint the rest of the wheel black. Then remove the masking tape and clearcoat the lip and the black. It's alot of work but I get into this sort of thing. Plus I couldn't afford new wheels at 400 bucks a set. I just made due with what I had. Thanks for all the props Peeps.
Dude they look like crap............lol just messn with ya they look good....Damn right black is in. You know what they say once you go black you never go back..idk if thats true or not wait I'm blabbering...Good Job on the rims they look good
