Default I need help!

I am considering ordering a custom grill from someone on scionlife but in order to install it i have to remove my bumper. I am really not comfortable doing that so i was wondering if anyone in the group could help.

Also i was considering buying a new set of rims but the rims i want are the exat size and bolt pattern as stock so i want to just take the tires i have and move them to the new rims. Any one know how i could get that done?

Switching the tires any rim shop or possible gas station could do it. Extreme could do it as well as wheel works. THE bumper not sure how to take off a tc bumper but it seems that some of us could figure it out.

Just shop around for a place that has the newer tire machines that do not touch the rims. Most places should do it for around 80 bucks for the set mounted and balanced.
On the grill if you wait till it's warmer I'm willing to help/show you how to pull the bumper. If not any good bodyshop should do it relatively cheap. Only takes a few minutes. Let me know.
