Woot, I'm in Lexington I'm also starting a website, www.kyscion.com that is a community for Scion Owners in Kentucky, and sells aftermarket parts.

Does anyone know of any Scion clubs in Kentucky?

I'd like to find one or would even be interested in helping to get a club started if I could get some interest.

Dude...were you near Meijer the other night? I noticed a guy floating around in a black tC that had G33K on the tail end. I noticed you're a g33k online as well...thought i'd take a shot @ putting 2 and 2 together. If it was you...lemme know I want a sticker just like it!; i'm a systems engineer.

Anyway...good luck with making a club. Honestly it's a very very hard thing to do over here. But you can have a good turnout. It'll take some time. I would hook up with other forums to snag some help. When I worked @ greens we had a 2 meets here in lexington, which included people from louisville and cincy too. it was great...but again it took a bit to get things together; the biggest help...was huge huge financial backing from GSL. There are pictures of the last meet back in April here on scionlife, the other meet that happened in 2005 those pictures got taken off when the forum was rearranged.

Yeah, I live over in that area. I floated by a bunch of people standing outside circuit city and said something out the window, like "good luck" or something. I was so out of it I almost crashed into a parked semi. LOL

I'm a smart one.

We really do need a club around here. Black xB with blue vinyls in Florence.
I've seen some people interested in a club across ~4-5 forums, so it's possible. It would definitely be a Louisville and NKY club though. Not enough people unless you allow people with cars besides Scions in.

There is a post over at Clubxb.com in the Regional forums about setting one up.

be careful, everyone in Kentucky that's in car clubs, or meets at car clubs are outrageous redneck conservative idiots, last time I went to a car show some douche lied to everyone at the car show, I moved to Los Angeles to get away from all of the idiots... I'm not sure who you hang out with, hopefully you have friends that can converse without being militants, I had two tC's , if you see a douche in an Acura RSX, Blue, run into him or something he's a rich daddy's boy and works at a car lot and likes to go around lie behind your back to make his wii bigger. Sorry. Had to.

Anyone who is interested, last years project is for sale. 2006 Xb Black Sand Pearl 18's with full air ride. Computer controlled air ride system with all 1/2" lines and valves. Interior trim is painted House of Kolor Cobalt Blue. We need to sell it to start a new project for this years round of shows. Email me for photos, I will probably be listing it on Ebay in the next week or so. It only has 7000 miles on it. First $14500 buys it.

Keep seeing other xBs in Louisville. I saw a silver xB from Pulaski county with a bB decal on the window. Saw a bsp with tribal vinyl off Hurstbourne and a silver with blue or purple flames off of 64. I see an Envy green one but thats only because they live near me. Plus I see two different solar yellow around Oldham and Jefferson County.

As for meets, they will start to pick back up soon. I know a few of us are going to Mid-Ohio again this year for Exposed and they have meets down near Louisville on River Rd. Lexington and Louisville SCCA events start in March and run through October I believe this year.
